Meet Joe
Fitness for most people is a hobby, for IronJoe it is a way of life. Joseph Rasmussen (“Joe”) started his athletic career as an over zealous, hyperactive kid on two wheels. Starting BMX at 5 years old he instantly fell in love and never looked back.

IronJoe provides coaching and training to athletes of all ages including children, youth and adults.
What do you do for Police Training?
Joe has been working together with the RCMP Recruitment Department since 2015 to help applicants better prepare for the rigors of depot. Find out more about PARE/POPAT Training here.
Where do you train?
IronJoe has a training facility in Abbotsford BC, and travels throughout the province for clinics and regular coaching clients.
